Sourcing attractive investment opportunities in the commercial property market for Far Eastern investors with a special emphasis upon Central London.
Arranging all types of property finance for developers, house builders and investors.
Actively arranging finance within the healthcare, hospitality and leisure sectors.
Working on cross-border transactions between London and Hong Kong.
The typical transaction range is £500,000 to £30 million.
